Am I allowed to ship my items directly to The Expo at WMCLV?

Unfortunately The Expo @ WMCLV does not accept advanced freight, nor does it accept any mail or shipments for event exhibitors or attendees. If shipments are desired, it is recommended that you have the items shipped to your attention at your hotel or you ship in accordance with the event guidelines. Please contact the event organizer for specific shipping details relative to that event.
Can I bring in outside food or beverage?

Due to the Southern Nevada Health District and alcohol permitting, we require all food and beverage to be ordered and served through Centerplate. If there are additional questions related to this, please contact your Sales or Event Operations Manager directly.
Do you have restrooms onsite or easily accessible in relation to the event space?

Restrooms are conveniently located in the pre-function corridor; main foyer; and inside each exhibit hall.
How are you keeping me safe during COVID-19?

How much is it to rent an event space?

Once I arrive in Las Vegas, how do I get around?

There are many ways to get to The Expo at WMCLV from McCarran International Airport. Taxis are available outside baggage claim; rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are available from level 2M of the Terminal 1 Parking Garage or the Valet level of the Terminal 3 parking garage.
What about parking at The Expo at WMCLV? Is there a cost?

The Expo at World Market Center Las Vegas has covered and surface lot parking options, which are subject to event parking fees. For event parking fees, please refer to the specific event’s website for additional information. On-site Garage: Self-parking is available in our 3,100-space on-site parking garage, accessible from W. Symphony Park Avenue between Martin Luther King Boulevard and S. Grand Central Parkway. It is also accessible on Bonneville near the I-15 overpass between Grand Central Parkway and Martin Luther King Blvd. North Lot: Self-parking is also available in our new North Lot, accessible off of Symphony Park Avenue. The hours and availability of the North Lot is dependent upon each specific event needs. Oversized Vehicle Parking: Oversized Vehicle Parking can be available in the North Lot, accessible off of Symphony Park Avenue. An Oversized Vehicle is any vehicle larger than a private auto, van or SUV –including any vehicle towing a trailer, or a trailer to be stored on its own. The hours and availability of the North Lot is dependent upon each specific event's needs.
What are my catering options?

Centerplate is the exclusive food and beverage provider for The Expo at WMCLV. In addition to providing catering and concession services, they also have the ability to provide food truck and specialty cuisine options. Feel free to reach out to them directly regarding your event.
What furniture comes with the rental/license fee?

Hosting your event at The Expo at World Market Center Las Vegas allows for access to our standard banquet inventory. Please be sure to speak with your Sales or Operations Manager for quantities and availability:
- Standard linen
- Standard classroom tables
- Standard Banquet chairs
- Lounge furniture (if available)
- Standard Banquet rounds
What if there is an accident? Is there First Aid onsite?

The overall WMCLV campus has a 24/7 security station on site. During an event, First Aid services are available through the specific show management’s contracted EMT/Medic. In the event of an Emergency, please call (702) 599-3091. Please DO NOT call 911 directly as this could delay our response time. Inside The Expo at WMCLV, there are several red emergency phones placed throughout the pre-function space and exhibit halls.
What is Las Vegas Market and who attends?

Twice a year, thousands of home and gift industry professionals come to Las Vegas Market to source gift, furniture, bedding, lighting, flooring, and home decor from more than 4,000 brands across more than 5.4 million square feet of showrooms and temporary exhibits (which are primarily housed in The Expo at World Market Center Las Vegas). The Las Vegas Market is open to members of the home furnishings, gift and design trades, including but not limited to retailers, buyers, interior designers, architects, specifiers, purchasing companies, etc.
What on-campus amenities are available?

The Expo at WMCLV offers amenities and conveniences, including covered parking; Wi-Fi; ATMs; in addition to food and beverage options that are available during events.
What onsite security is included?
↓
The Expo at WMCLV requires every event have adequate security coverage, at the event’s sole expense. Minimum security requirements include:
- Non-Exclusive Posts: These posts can be staffed by either an approved security vendor or by The Expo’s internal security provider.
- After Hours Access
- Overnight Security
- Security Needs throughout the facility during the event
- Loading Dock/Freight Door
- North Lot/Traffic Control (when applicable)
- Canine Officers (when applicable)
What permits do I need to get in holding my event at The Expo @ WMCLV?

It is the event/show organizer's responsibility to obtain any and all applicable permits, including the City of Las Vegas Special Event permit, to ensure all State of Nevada and City of Las Vegas laws, rules and regulations are enforced. For any questions, please check with your Sales or Event Operations Manager. The City of Las Vegas Special Event Permit application can be found here. Additionally, if Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department officers are required for an event, please contact them directly at (702) 828-3442 – LVMPD Events Planning Section or visit their website.
Where can I eat while at The Expo at WMCLV?

The Expo has two permanent grab n’ go food areas, one in each exhibit hall. Depending on the event, food trucks may also be available for a quick eat. Old Soul, is the onsite restaurant, located in the Las Vegas Design Center (Building A), https://oldsoul.chefnatalieyoung.com. The Cheesecake Factory, www.thecheesecakefactory.com, is directly south of the campus, located at the Las Vegas Premium Outlets North.
Where can I find information on ADA and Service Animal policies?

The Expo at WMCLV and International Market Centers ("IMC") works to comply with nondiscrimination requirements that prohibit exclusion, segregation, and unequal treatment and promote effective communication with people with hearing, vision, or speech disabilities; and other access requirements. IMC recognizes that service animals are helpful to those individuals with disabilities, providing independence and improving their overall quality of life. IMC welcomes individuals and their service animal to each of our campuses; however, it is NOT our policy for individuals to bring their animals to the campus for the simple fact of companionship and comfort. Individuals who do not adhere to that which has been set forth above and whose intent it is to bend the rules for their own purpose are strongly discouraged from entering our campuses.
Where can I take a break and smoke?

The Expo at World Market Center Las Vegas, along with the WMCLV campus, are non-smoking facilities. Smoking is prohibited inside the buildings at ALL TIMES. Designated smoking areas can be located in areas throughout the building exteriors, away from high traffic areas.

Why do I have to keep the aisle ways and behind my booth clear?
↓
Please note: These are City of Las Vegas and Clark County Fire Department guidelines. All exits and exit aisles must be kept clear and unobstructed. No furniture, signs, easels, chairs or displays may protrude into aisles unless shown on the Fire Marshal approved floor plan. Designated "No Freight" aisles must be maintained clear of crates and exhibit materials during move-in and move-out. These aisles are required for emergency access throughout the hall and to expedite freight and empty crate moving.
